Who we are

4 LAWS Academy is a family-education program run by Eduardo Munoz Bustamante, sole proprietor, at 4lawsacademy.com. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these terms.

Your account

  • You must give true information when you sign up.
  • A parent or guardian opens the family's account and is responsible for the family members they invite, including children.
  • Keep your sign-in private. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
  • You may close your account at any time by emailing 4LAWS.bustamante@gmail.com.

Text messaging program

When you provide your mobile number and agree to receive texts, or reply JOIN or YES to an invitation, you consent to receive text messages from 4 LAWS Academy at that number.

  • Messages include family invitations, reminders you set, and replies from your family group.
  • Message frequency varies.
  • Message and data rates may apply.
  • Reply STOP to cancel at any time. Reply HELP for help, or email 4LAWS.bustamante@gmail.com.
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your work

What you create on the platform is yours. By posting it, you give 4 LAWS Academy permission to store it and show it to the people you choose to share it with. If you publish a piece to the public Gallery, you are choosing to show it to other members and visitors.

Be a good neighbor

Do not post anything that is illegal, hateful, harassing, or that belongs to someone else without permission. Do not try to break into the platform or another member's account. We may remove content or close accounts that break these rules.

Not a substitute for care

4 LAWS Academy offers education and tools for family life. It is not therapy, medical care, or emergency help. If someone is in danger, call 911.

Changes to the service

We may add, change, or remove features. We may update these terms; the new version will be posted here with a new date.

Limits

The service is provided as is. To the fullest extent the law allows, 4 LAWS Academy is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Who we are

4 LAWS Academy (Eduardo Munoz Bustamante, sole proprietor) runs the website 4lawsacademy.com and the 4 LAWS Academy member platform. By using the website, the platform, or our text messages, you agree to these terms.

What the platform is

The 4 LAWS Academy platform is a place for families to learn and practice the 4 LAWS of Trust and Talent together. It is an educational and family-building service. It is not therapy, counseling, medical care, or emergency help. If you or someone in your family is in danger or in crisis, call 911 or your local emergency number.

Member accounts

- You must be an adult to create a member account. A parent or guardian may invite children in their own family and is responsible for their use of the platform.

- Keep your login private. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

- Give us true information and keep it current.

Family invitations

A member may invite a family member to join their family group. The invited person decides whether to accept. We do not add anyone to a family group without their reply.

Your content

- What you post inside the platform (your Windows, projects, reminders, family chats, pictures, and files) belongs to you.

- You give us permission to store and show your content so the platform works for you and the family members you share it with.

- Do not post anything you do not have the right to share, and do not post anything hateful, threatening, sexual, or illegal. We may remove content that breaks these rules.

Text messaging program terms

Program name: 4 LAWS Family

What you get: If you give us your mobile number, or opt in by text, we may send you family invitations, reminders you set for yourself, and replies from your family group.

How to opt in: Text JOIN to (413) 299-2597. If a family member invites you, you receive one invitation text and you opt in only by replying JOIN or YES. No further messages are sent unless you reply.

Message frequency: Message frequency varies. Most members receive a few messages per week, depending on the reminders they set and their family group's activity.

Cost: Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details.

How to stop: Reply STOP at any time to cancel. You will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed. You can rejoin at any time by texting JOIN.

How to get help: Reply HELP at any time, or email drb@4lawsacademy.com, or call (413) 687-9686.

Carriers: Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy: We will not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or your text-messaging consent with any third party or affiliate for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy at 4lawsacademy.com/privacy.

Acceptable use

Do not use the platform or our text messages to harass anyone, to send spam, to break the law, or to try to break into or damage the platform.

Ending your account

You may close your account at any time by emailing drb@4lawsacademy.com. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.

No guarantees

We work hard to keep the platform running, but we provide it as is. We do not promise it will be error-free or always available. To the extent the law allows, 4 LAWS Academy is not liable for losses that come from using or being unable to use the platform.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date at the top. Continuing to use the platform after a change means you accept the new terms.
