Who we are

4 LAWS Academy (Eduardo Munoz Bustamante, sole proprietor) runs the website 4lawsacademy.com and the 4 LAWS Academy member platform. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

- Your name, email address, and mobile phone number when you create a member account, or when a family member invites you.

- The words, pictures, and files you choose to post inside the platform (for example, your Windows, projects, reminders, and family chats).

- Basic technical information your browser sends, such as your device type, so the pages work on your screen.

Text messages

If you give us your mobile number, we use it to send you family invitations, reminders you set for yourself, and replies from your family group.

- We will not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or your text-messaging consent with any third party or affiliate for marketing purposes.

- Message frequency varies. Most members receive between 1 and 10 messages per week.

- Message and data rates may apply.

- Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages.

How we use your information

We use your information only to run the 4 LAWS Academy service: to sign you in, show you your own work and your family's shared pages, send the messages you asked for, and answer your questions. We do not sell your personal information. We do not show advertising.

Children and families

4 LAWS Academy is built for families. A parent or guardian creates the family's account and decides which family members are invited. A child's account is opened by a parent, and the parent can see and remove the child's information at any time. If you believe a child's information was collected without a parent's consent, email 4LAWS.bustamante@gmail.com and we will remove it.

Who can see your information

Your work is private to you and the family members you choose to share it with, unless you choose to publish a piece to the public Gallery. The people who help us run the service (for example, our hosting, messaging, and email providers) process information only to provide the service to you.

How long we keep it

We keep your information as long as your account is active. You may ask us to delete your account and information at any time by emailing 4LAWS.bustamante@gmail.com.

Your choices

- You can update your name, email, and mobile number in your account.

- You can stop text messages by replying STOP.

- You can close your account at any time.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with a new date.
